混沌・変化・多様性・新しい価値観。この掴みどころのない曖昧とした状況から未来を予測するのは不可能なのでなはいでしょうか。ではどうすればいいのか。「予測できない未来なら、自分たちでデザインすればいい」。どうせ予測不能な未来なら、自分たちの価値観・スタイルが反映され、スキルや能力が活かされる環境をデザインしていく。「未来をデザインする」。自分にとって素敵な未来。あなたにとって最高の未来。そんな未来をデザインしませんか。
Chaos, change, diversity, and new values. It is impossible to predict the future from this elusive and ambiguous situation, isn't it? So what should we do? If the future is unpredictable, we can design it ourselves. If the future is unpredictable, we can design an environment that reflects our values and style, and makes use of our skills and abilities. Design the future. A great future for me. The best future for everybody all. Let's design such a future.
Designing the value.
課題を解決だけでなく価値を創造する。
「価値の創出」も大事な価値観です。 僕たちの仕事はデザイン（課題を発見し解決する事）です。 この課題解決のプロセスや解決の結果から「新しい価値」を創出したいと考えています。 課題を解決するにだけに留まらず「新しい価値の創出」を目指します。
"Value creation" is also an important value. Our job is to design (to discover problems and solve that). We want to create "new value" from the process and results of solving these problems. We do not stop at solving problems, but aim to "create new value".

自分ち達の価値観やスタイルを大事にしながら、最大の価値を出す働き方。
コロナ禍による非常事態とテクノロジーやネットワークによって「多様な働き方」が可能になり、同時に許容されるようになりました。僕たちは自分たちの価値観やスタイルを大切にした、これまでとは異なる「新しい働き方」もデザインし、自ら実践していきます。
With the emergency situation caused by the Covid, "diverse ways of working" have become possible and acceptable at the same time by technology and networks. We will continue to design and implement new ways of working that are different from the past, while respecting our own values and style.

オープンマインド
自分に正直なまま、相手も受け入れコミュニケーションする。オープンマインドなコミュニケーションはとても大事にしている価値です。
Be honest with yourself, but accept and communicate with others as well. Open-minded communication is an important value for us.
Respect
リスペクト
相手に敬意を払う。相手のマイナスではなくプラスにフォーカスしながら相手に敬意を持つこと。
Be respectful to the other person. Have respect for the other person while focusing on the positive, not the negative.

共創
アイディアを議論し、相互のデザインにインスパイアされ更にいいデザインが生まれる。僕たちは共創によって価値を創出しています。
We discuss ideas and are inspired by each other's designs to create even better designs. We are creating value through co-creation.
Diversity
多様性
個人の価値やスタイルは多様であることを理解し受け入れること。多様性を受け入れることは、僕たちにとって大事な価値観です。
To understand and accept that individuals have diverse values and styles. Acceptance of diversity is an important value for us.

アナログとナチュラル
愛や恋はロジックで説明できません、でもそこれは存在し価値を持ちます。僕たちはそんなアナログやナチュラルを大事にしています。
Love and romance cannot be explained by logic, but they do exist and have value. We value the analog and the natural.
Humanity And Emotion
人間性と感情
僕たちは人間性を尊重し、ヒトの感情を大事にしたいと考えています。そして、心震わす感動をデザインをしていきたいと考えてます。
We respect humanity and want to value human emotions. We want to design things that move people's hearts.
